Toggle XC Takeoffs on the toolbar to show launch locations deduplicated from scraped North American XContest flight summaries (on the order of twelve thousand unique points). This layer is historical—it reflects where pilots have actually flown from, not an official site list. It is separate from the configured takeoff and landing markers (ParaglidingEarth imports and local sites in Settings).
At low zoom, nearby launches cluster into numbered bubbles. Zoom in for individual sites. Click a bubble for the place name, how many XContest flights used that takeoff, the best scored distance from those flights, and a link to search matching flights on XContest.
